Run by Domaine Belleville since 2017, this is a micro negociant business which has access to a whole range of vineyards across the Cote de Bourgogne from village wines to 1er Cru to Grand Cru. All vineyards are in Organic & or Biodynamic conversion. Often the lots are very limited to 600 – 900 bottles only.
LPdS is a commonly used abbreviation of Les Parcellaires de Saulx. Saulx is pronounced ‘so’.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Brilliant with golden shades Bouquet: Fine, elegant, delicate, subtle with notes of white-fleshed fruits and hawthorn. In the mouth: Pleasant freshness, minerality and aromatic persistence in the finish, notes of honey and spice.
