2. Ordering
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the goods listed in your order.
We will confirm acceptance of your order by email.
A contract between you and us will only be formed once we have accepted your order.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any change will not affect orders we have already accepted.

If an error occurs, we will contact you before dispatching your order.
Availability is subject to stock levels.
5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary by region, stock availability, and carrier performance.
Orders can only be dispatched to one address per transaction.
6. Age restriction
Alcohol products may only be purchased by persons who are of legal age to buy alcohol in the United Kingdom.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally entitled to purchase alcohol and that the recipient is also of legal age.

8. Cancellation rights
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at order@iconica.wine.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and our returns policy will apply.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
