Delivery, Refund & Returns Policy

This page explains our delivery options, returns process, and refund arrangements.

1. Delivery information

Place your order before 12:00 noon and we usually deliver within 2 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 6:00pm.

For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, British Islands, and Northern Ireland, we usually deliver within 3 to 5 working days.

We use London City Bond and APC to deliver our orders.

We can only ship each order to one address. If you want items sent to more than one address, please place separate orders.

2. Delivery charges

Standard delivery

  • Orders over £200: Free
  • Orders under £200: £15.00

Named date / next day delivery

  • Orders over £200: Free
  • Orders under £200: £25.00

Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland

  • £25.00

We show delivery charges at checkout before you complete your order.

3. Delivery instructions

Please let us know where we can leave your order if you are not available.

Add any specific delivery instructions in the order comments or contact us after placing your order.

If we cannot complete delivery, we may arrange another delivery date. We may require a signature or an agreed safe place.

If we return your order to our warehouse because delivery could not be completed, we may charge an additional £15.00 delivery fee.

4. Packaging

We send all wines in their original packaging where possible.

In some cases, we repack products securely in recycled boxes designed for wine transport.

We reuse or recycle packaging wherever possible.

5. Returns

If you are unhappy with a bottle, email order@iconica.wine to request a return within 30 days of its delivery.

Please include your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return.

We will review your request and arrange collection where appropriate. We process refunds within 7 days of collection or once we have checked the returned item, depending on the case.

6. Condition of returns

To help us process returns efficiently, please return items unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

7. Refunds

If we approve your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Your bank or card provider may affect how long the refund takes to appear in your account.

8. Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

If we have already dispatched the order, our returns process will apply.
