This page explains our delivery options, returns process, and refund arrangements.
1. Delivery information
Place your order before 12:00 noon and we usually deliver within 2 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 6:00pm.
For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, British Islands, and Northern Ireland, we usually deliver within 3 to 5 working days.
We use London City Bond and APC to deliver our orders.
We can only ship each order to one address. If you want items sent to more than one address, please place separate orders.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
2. Delivery charges

Named date / next day delivery
- Orders over £200: Free
- Orders under £200: £25.00
Named date and next day delivery are subject to availability, courier coverage, and order cut-off times. We will show available options at checkout.
Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland

We show delivery charges at checkout before you complete your order.
3. Delivery instructions
As our products contain alcohol, orders must be received by someone aged 18 or over. Delivery may require age verification and/or signature on receipt. Safe-place delivery may not be available for all orders and remains subject to courier requirements.
Add any specific delivery instructions in the order comments or contact us after placing your order.
If we cannot complete delivery, we may arrange another delivery date. We may require a signature or an agreed safe place.
If we return your order to our warehouse because delivery could not be completed, we may charge an additional £15.00 delivery fee.
4. Packaging
We send all wines in their original packaging where possible.
In some cases, we repack products securely in recycled boxes designed for wine transport.
We reuse or recycle packaging wherever possible.
5. Returns
If you wish to return an item, please email order@iconica.wine within 30 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, product name, and the reason for the return.
Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition.
If an item is faulty, damaged, corked, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. We may ask you to provide photographs or retain the bottle and packaging while we investigate.
We will review your request and arrange collection or return instructions where appropriate.
For change-of-mind returns, you may be responsible for return or collection costs. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return or collection costs where applicable.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
6. Condition of returns
To help us process returns efficiently, please return items unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition unless the item is faulty, damaged, corked, spoiled, or sent in error.
Please return items with their original packaging where possible.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and keep the product and packaging until we advise you what to do next.
7. Refunds
If we approve your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving and checking the returned item, or within 7 days of collection where no further inspection is required.
Your bank or card provider may affect how long the refund takes to appear in your account.
8. Cancellations
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
If we have already dispatched the order, our returns process will apply.
