Run by Domaine Belleville since 2017, this is a micro negociant business which has access to a whole range of vineyards across the Cote de Bourgogne from village wines to 1er Cru to Grand Cru. All vineyards are in Organic & or Biodynamic conversion. Often the lots are very limited to 600 – 900 bottles only.
LPdS is a commonly used abbreviation of Les Parcellaires de Saulx. Saulx is pronounced ‘so’.

The Climat

Terroir
Saint Romain is a vineyard of valley and altitude with swirling winds due to the rocky cirque which overhangs the village. This micro-climate guarantees a beautiful freshness and an optimal sanitary state.
