Delivery Information
If you place your order by noon your order will be delivered in 2-3 days usually Monday – Friday between 08.30 – 18.00
For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, British Islands and Northern Ireland delivery will be 3-5 working days.
Upon receipt of your order, we will confirm your expected delivery time.
We use London City Bond, and APC to make our deliveries.
Orders can only be dispatched to a single address per transaction. If you intend to ship items to multiple addresses, please generate individual orders for each destination.

Delivery Instructions
• If possible, please let us know where your order can be left if you are out
• Add any specific delivery instructions to the comment box on your enquiry form
• If the wine delivery cannot be completed another delivery day can be arranged as either a signature or an agreed safe place is required. If the wine is returned to our warehouse, there may be an additional delivery fee of £15.00.
Wine Packaging
All wines come in their original packaging. In some cases, your wine will be re-packed securely in recycled boxes designed for the transport of wine. All packaging we send can be re-used or recycled.
Returns
Return any bottle you are unhappy with by emailing [email protected] requesting a collection and refund. We will collect the wine and make a refund within 7 days.
