Tasting Notes
This Champagne Dom Pérignon 2015 is the last vintage to be marketed since July 2024. Full-bodied and classic, the 2015 vintage reflects the perfect balance of Dom Pérignon and the House’s promise to produce blends rich in creativity and harmony, a secret blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
The nose is very aromatic, mixing aromas of flowers, fruits such as apricots and then spices such as white pepper.
Beautiful power on the palate from the start, the bubbles are very fine, and invigorating. The finish is elegant with flavors of ginger, tobacco and toast. A sublime champagne!
Vintage
At the end of an exceptional viticultural year marked by alternating extreme conditions, this champagne has spent nearly 10 years in the cellars of Dom Pérignon to reveal all its aromas today.
Food Pairing
This vintage is incredibly versatile when it comes to food pairings. It pairs beautifully with a range of dishes, from caviar and oysters to more robust options like truffle risotto or roasted chicken. Its balance of acidity and richness also makes it a superb match for a variety of cheeses, particularly those with a creamy texture.
